I've used Chinese time fuse for many years and the usual measurement has been 3 seconds to an inch.
Topping up my stock this year from the @Visco Fuse Shop I noticed that its stated as 1cm / second.
Not much difference over very short runs (2.54cm = 1 inch) It could have been like this for a while and I've not noticed. This is just an observation, not the question
