Fuse supplier

I'm looking to buy some 3mm fuse which I need for the 4th of November. Does anyone know of anywhere near Blackpool that I can pick some up or anywhere I can order from online that has low delivery cost? With two weeks til the date I can wait a while for cheaper delivery.
