Cobra Audio Box update

All was going well with my 5.0 firmware update until the last item, the audio box. I started the process yesterday but had somthing to attend to mid way. This evening iv gone to do the update on the audio box and i just get a flashing power switch led, holding sync does nothing. Also can not find the AB under "find nodes" in Portal?

Any tips please.
