Does this look like damp?

Had my main display on Sunday. There were about 70 or so visco lights, 6 of which failed; 5 of those were consumer matches failing to light the visco and one where visco failed to light visco. The humidity was high with a lot of fireworks sitting in the Sun during setup with water visibly condensing under the top waterproofing so I figure maybe some of the visco became damp. What do you think?
